The Solana Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) operates mobile applications and related web experiences (collectively, the “Applications”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Applications. By using any of our Applications, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

This Policy applies to all Applications published by The Solana Labs unless an individual Application provides its own policy that supersedes this one.


1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information (where applicable): email address, username, password.
  • User-generated content: outfits, moodboards, text captions, saved preferences, photos, or other content you create or upload inside the Applications.
  • Support communications: information you provide when contacting us by email or in-app forms.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and time zone.
  • Usage data: features used, screens viewed, taps, session duration, crashes, and performance diagnostics.
  • Log data: IP address, access times, and referring pages.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: where applicable, we use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Applications.
  • Image and content cache: thumbnails, images, and other assets displayed in the Applications may be cached on your device for performance.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services you use to sign in (such as Apple or Google) and from analytics providers.

1.4 Information We Do Not Collect

Unless clearly disclosed inside an Application, we do not collect precise real-time location data, contacts, microphone, camera, or health data.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Applications.
  • Save, sync, and display your user-generated content.
  • Send push notifications (if you have opted in) related to Application features, updates, content, and events.
  • Analyze how users interact with the Applications to improve usability, fix bugs, and build new features.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Use.
  • Respond to your support requests and communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information.


3. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on a number of third-party service providers to operate the Applications. Each provider processes data only for the purposes described here and under their own privacy policies.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in the limited circumstances below:

  • Service providers. With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (see Section 3), under contractual obligations to protect your information.
  • Legal compliance. When required by law, regulation, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to protections at least as strong as this Policy.
  • With your consent. When you direct us to share the information, such as when you share user-generated content publicly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.


5. Your User-Generated Content

Some Applications allow you to create content — including, without limitation, saved outfits, mood boards, photos, text captions, and fit collections.

  • Ownership. You retain ownership of the content you create.
  • License. By saving or sharing content within the Applications, you grant The Solana Labs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Applications and providing the features you use.
  • Public vs. private. Unless you explicitly share content with others, content you create is stored locally on your device and/or in your private account and is not visible to other users.
  • Deletion. You can delete your user-generated content at any time from within the Application. Deletion is processed as described in Section 9.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Applications are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area, as applicable under local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below. We will take reasonable steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

Where Applications are available to users between the ages of 13 and 17, we may require parental or guardian consent as required by applicable law.


7. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as it is necessary to provide the Applications, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • Local data (preferences, cached content, user-generated content stored on device) remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the Application.
  • Account-linked data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, associated data is removed within 30 days, except for information we are required to retain by law.
  • Anonymous analytics may be retained in aggregate form for longer periods.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, and routine security reviews.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your information using current industry standards.


9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, including:

  • Access to the information we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Portability — receiving your information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Objection or restriction of certain processing.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

How to exercise your rights

  • In-app. Most Applications provide in-app controls to delete your account, clear your content, and manage your preferences. Look under Settings.
  • By email. Contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising).

EEA, UK, and Swiss residents (GDPR)

Residents of the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. We rely on the following legal bases for processing: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent.


10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where privacy laws may differ. Where required by law, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.


11. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Applications may display, reference, or link to content, games, services, or brands owned by third parties. The Solana Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those third parties unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services linked from our Applications.


12. Advertising

Some Applications may display advertising. Where advertising is shown, it may be served by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) that use cookies or device identifiers to measure and serve ads. You may be able to limit ad tracking through your device settings (such as Limit Ad Tracking on iOS or Opt-out of Ads Personalization on Android).


13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through in-app notifications, email, or a prominent notice within the Application.

Your continued use of the Applications after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
