Mandatory vs. Optional Data: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Data requested by the Application is mandatory. Failure to provide mandatory Data may prevent us from delivering our services. Where Data is marked as optional, Users may choose not to provide it without any impact on service availability or functionality.

Users who are uncertain about which Data is mandatory are encouraged to contact the Owner.

Third-Party Data: Users are solely responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published, or shared through the Application and confirm that they have obtained the necessary consent from the relevant third party to provide such Data.

Methods of Processing

The Owner implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of Data. Processing is carried out using computers and IT-enabled tools, in accordance with organizational procedures aligned with the purposes outlined in this policy.

In addition to the Owner, the following categories of individuals may have access to the Data as necessary for the operation of the Application:

  • Internal staff (e.g., administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration)
  • External parties (e.g., third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies, mail carriers)

Such parties, where necessary, are appointed as Data Processors by the Owner and are bound by contractual obligations to protect the Data. An updated list of these parties may be requested from the Owner at any time.

Data processing takes place at the Owner’s operational offices and at the locations of any third parties involved. 4.1 Advertising

This Application uses advertising services to display ads, which may be personalized based on user interests and behavior. Some services may use trackers or behavioral retargeting techniques to display relevant ads even outside the Application.

Google AdSense (Google LLC)

Google AdSense is an advertising service provided by Google LLC. It uses the “DoubleClick” Cookie to track Application usage and user interaction with ads, products, and services.

Unity Ads (Unity Technologies ApS)

Unity Ads is an advertising service provided by Unity Technologies ApS. Unity Ads processes Personal and Non-Personal Data for internal purposes, under the legal basis of legitimate interests (support for internal operations).

Note: Our apps are built with Unity and use the Unity In-App Purchases service, which requires Unity Analytics to run. Unity Analytics does not share user data with us.


4.2 Analytics

These services enable the Owner to monitor and analyze application usage and user behavior.

Google Analytics (Google LLC)

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC. Google uses collected data to track and analyze Application usage, prepare reports, and share them with other Google services. Google may also use this data to contextualize and personalize ads in its advertising network.

Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)

Firebase Analytics is used to track app installs, in-app purchases, and advertisement engagement. Firebase does not collect personally identifiable information for these analytics purposes.

Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies)

Unity Analytics is a data analytics platform that processes Personal and Non-Personal Data for internal purposes under the legal basis of legitimate interests.


4.3 Content Commenting

Content commenting services allow users to post comments on Application content. Depending on settings, anonymous commenting may be permitted. If an email address is provided, it may be used to send notifications about comments on the same content. Users are responsible for the content of their comments.

Third-party commenting services may collect web traffic data for pages where the service is installed, even if the User does not interact with the comment feature.

Facebook Comments (Meta Platforms, Inc.)

Facebook Comments allows users to post comments and share them on the Facebook platform.


4.4 Content Performance and Features Testing (A/B Testing)

These services enable the Owner to measure user responses to modifications in content, structure, or other Application elements.

4.5 Displaying Content from External Platforms

These services allow content hosted on external platforms to be accessed directly from the Application’s pages. Even if the User does not actively use these features, they may collect web traffic data.

Payment processing services handle transactions for the Application via credit cards, bank transfers, or other methods. For security, the Application shares only the minimum information required for transaction execution with financial intermediaries.

Some services may also send timed messages, such as invoices or payment notifications.

4.8 Interaction with External Social Networks and Platforms

These services enable interaction with social networks directly from the Application. Even if the User does not use these features, they may still collect traffic data. Users should log out of these services before using the Application if they wish to prevent data from being associated with their social profiles.

These services allow the Owner to build user profiles from data such as email addresses, names, and other user-provided information. Intercom is a user database management and communication service.

8. User Rights Under CCPA (California Users)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides the following rights:

9. Account Deletion

Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated Personal Data at any time. This is provided in compliance with the Google Play Store User Data Policy and Apple App Store Review Guidelines (5.1.1(v)).

How to Request Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through any of the following methods:

  1. In-App: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
  2. Email: Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Upon receiving and verifying a deletion request:

  • Within 30 days: All personally identifiable information (name, email address, profile data, preferences) will be permanently deleted.
  • Usage and analytics data associated with the account will be anonymized or deleted.
  • Public content (e.g., comments or community posts) may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve the integrity of shared conversations.
  • Transaction records may be retained for up to 180 days as required for financial record-keeping, tax compliance, and fraud prevention.

Important Notes

  • Subscriptions: Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Users must cancel subscriptions through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) before submitting a deletion request.
  • Data retained by law: Certain data may be retained beyond the deletion period where required by applicable legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements.
  • Confirmation: Users will receive a confirmation email once the account deletion process is complete.
  • Irreversibility: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data, progress, and history will be lost.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under these ages.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a child under the applicable age, we will take immediate steps to delete such Data from our records.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us immediately at the email address listed in the Contact Information section so that we can take appropriate action.


11. Data Retention

Personal Data is processed and stored for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

Personal Data may be transferred to — and processed in — countries other than the User’s country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where such transfers occur, the Owner ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
  • Adequacy decisions where the recipient country has been determined to provide an adequate level of data protection
  • Binding Corporate Rules or other legally recognized mechanisms

13. Do Not Track Signals

The Application does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals. However, some third-party services integrated into the Application may honor DNT signals. Please refer to the individual privacy policies of those services for details.

The Owner employs industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:
