Delete your Creatures of Sonaria Values account

You can delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and account-linked data from our systems within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. This action cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Creatures of Sonaria Values app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
3. Choose Account → Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated data are scheduled for permanent removal.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll process the deletion for you:

• Send the request to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Creatures of Sonaria Values account".
• Include the email address or username tied to your account so we can locate it.
• We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (email, username) and sign-in credentials.
• Content and preferences linked to your account.
• Associated identifiers held in our systems.

Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained, and we may keep limited records where the law requires it. Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
